1. Synchronous modules (41 hours)
- Enrichment of the 8 essential skills defined by the ICF.
- Practical coaching sessions with feedback and feedforward by MCC mentors.
2. Asynchronous activities (39 hours)
- Videos, conferences and collaborative exercises.
- Analysis of MCC-level coaching sessions.
- Reflective journal to develop your introspection and know-how.
3. Personalised mentoring and supervision
- Coaching recorded and evaluated.
